If you are not 100% satisfied with your Diamond Bar item(s), we want to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return your DB items for store credit only Items must be received as unused with all Diamond Bar Jewelry tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved.
IMPORTANT: Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Further, items that you have kept for more than seven (7) days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be post marked no later than 8 days after receipt.
Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Diamond Bar Jewelry’s discretion.
Please contact our customer service on email@example.com within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and repairs.
