We offer those who sign-up for our email list advance notice of sales, new merchandise and other Diamond Bar Jewelry news. Email addresses collected at diamondbarjewelry.com are used internally only and not shared with a third party. SALES TAX
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.
ORDERING POLICY:
We are thrilled that you have chosen Diamond Bar Jewelry for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.
We are environmentally friendly. We only make one of each item and then we make to order.
Ready to ship Diamond Bar Jewelry will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 days. Made to order pieces and will take 4 – 6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

Any items you see on the official Diamond Bar Jewelry social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact our team.
Order Cancellations (Only Within 24 Hours of Order)
Please note that cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order. After 24 hours, no order cancellations are permitted.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact DB within 24 hours of your order at the following points of contact: diamondbarjewelry.nicole@gmail.com.
Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Diamond Bar item(s), we want to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return your DB items for store credit only Items must be received as unused with all Diamond Bar Jewelry tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved.
IMPORTANT: Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Further, items that you have kept for more than seven (7) days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be post marked no later than 8 days after receipt.
Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Diamond Bar Jewelry’s discretion.
Please contact our customer service on diamondbarjewelry.nicole@gmail.com within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and repairs.
PRICES, TAX AND SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS or DHL and are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
All prices shown on the product pages of the diamondbarjewelry.nicole@gmail.com, or quoted by customer service, are in U.S. Dollars. Diamond Bar Jewelry reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Any shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on your payment page before you are asked to confirm and place your order. Diamond Bar Jewelry is not responsible for international taxes and duties; these are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Diamond Bar Jewelry.
USA Shipping
REPAIRS
Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all Diamond Bar Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. Diamond Bar Jewelry will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Should you require a repair, please contact us at diamondbarjewelry.nicole@gmail.com, with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. Diamond Bar Jewelry will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
